What's included in this Audi B8 under supercharger kit?
A billet aluminum thermostat assembly, URO Parts aluminum heater pipe, Graf metal water pump, OEM Hengst PCV valve, Elring upper and lower intake manifold gaskets, the PCV-to-supercharger adapter pipe, an Elring injector seal kit, and the breather hose and clamp hardware. Is this the right kit for my early 3.0T, or do I need the B8.5 kit?
This kit is scoped to the earliest Gen 1 EA837 3.0T applications: 2010-2012 S4, 2010-2012 S5, 2009-2012 A6, and 2009-2014 Q7. If your Audi is a B8.5, C7, D4, or 4L model (2012 and later, broader trim range), use the B8.5 Ultimate Under Supercharger Kit instead, it has different part numbers for the water pump and PCV valve.

Do I need to replace every part in the kit, or just the one that failed?
Once the supercharger is off the car, the labor to remove and reinstall it is the expensive part, not the parts themselves. Replacing the whole valley now means you won't be paying for that labor twice.

Are these OEM parts or aftermarket?
Both. This kit mixes genuine OEM hardware with trusted OE-supplier brands (Graf, Hengst, Elring, URO) and a Vorsprung-engineered billet aluminum thermostat housing in place of the factory plastic piece that tends to crack. From time to time we may need to substitute gaskets for another OE equivalent due to supplier shortages , but we will never substitute hard parts.

A Word on Why This Kit Doesn't Cost What You'd Expect

A full under-supercharger kit with this much parts content should, on paper, cost more than it does. The reason it doesn't isn't that we cut something out, it's that we didn't mark up every single line item 50-100% the way a lot of bundled kits do. Ten parts at a 75% markup each adds up fast, and none of that extra margin makes the water pump spin any better.

We priced this kit off what the components actually cost to source and assemble, not off what the market would tolerate charging for convenience.
