During the era of the 914-6 and the Dino\/308, Porsche and Ferrari were working with ATE to make all the calipers for their cars. Due to this, the 914-6\/GT race cars share a caliper design with the Ferrari 308. Genuine Ferrari calipers have a few subtle changes made to the original 914-6 design, like the bleeder being on the opposite side of the caliper, and the pad holes being evenly sized (the 914-6 had one large hole and one small one. Our calipers sit in a medium between these changes, using a dual bleeder method which fits both cars, and retaining the pad hardware design of the 914.
